Got a nice surprise today when a long time friend of Skulls & Wings stopped by the shop. Dylan is from the Northwest but lately he is all over the place. He splits his time between land and sea for the last year or so. When he’s on the yacht he’s sailing between Seattle and the tip of Baja. While on land he’s busy with his career as a video production something or other.

We’re just glad that he makes time in his busy schedule to stop at our store to say hi. It’s not bad either when he buys a few things. Thanks Dylan!

The guys over at Alien Workshop collaborated with Abigail Portner, and came up with some pretty wild designs. These five brand new boards feature a series of paintings that can only be described by the artist herself:

“It’s basically weird stages of life, but how I see them… animal, animal spirit, zombie where you’re still on earth then alien above, then ghosts would be the highest up you could go as a spirit…”
