Last Tuesday night, Nike setup some night surfing at the Seaside Reef in Cardiff – North County San Diego. With a smoke machine, spot lights and underwater lights illuminating the surf, surfers hit the waves with a live band and DJ jamming in the background.

Surf Expo takes place in Orlando, FL from January 6th to the 8th. Since 1976, manufacturers and retailers in the surf, skate, water sports, swim and resort industries have come together in a business-first buying and selling environment.

Yeah! This should be awesome! On November 19, the 2nd annual Fuel TV California Surf Festival will be held at the California Surf Museum in beautiful Oceanside. The four-day event is going to be chock-full of surf culture—from movies and music to photography, art and book signings.
One of the new films to debut are the highly anticipated Taylor Steele movie, The Drifter, which takes an thorough look into Rob Machado’s life. Another film we’re looking forward to seeing is Russell Brownley’s “Gum For My Boat,” a documentary about a recent trip to Bangladesh.
