• All returns & exchanges must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting us. RA#'s can be issued by phone or e-mail.
• RA must be obtained within 30 days of purchase.
• Items MUST be in brand new re-sellable condition with tags.
• Customer pays return shipping, we pay GROUND shipping back to you (USA Only).
